Planned maintenance
All our systems will be undergoing maintenance and be unavailable from 10:30am on Friday 15 May until around 8:30am on Monday 18 May. Our branches and contact centre will be closed during this time. To find out how this may impact you, click the purple button.
Operating Hours
Our Bishop's Stortford branch will close at midday on Tuesday 12 May for essential maintenance work to be completed.
Our branches and phone lines will be closed on Friday 15 May to enable our staff to attend essential training.

ISA Transfers
To transfer money from a Cash ISA with another bank or building society, you'll need to complete and return an ISA Transfer Authority form via email, post or in branch, within 15 days of opening your account.
