Your account information (for security purposes, your user ID will be sent via the post and password will be sent via email; if you haven’t set up your security details as part of an online application.)
Once you have received your user ID and password, you will need to:
• Re-visit our website www.saffronbs.co.uk and go to 'log in'
• Please enter the user ID and the temporary password that you have been provided (please ensure that you are manually typing in the password and be aware that it is case-sensitive.)
• The minimum requirement for your password is 10 characters, 1 upper case, 1 lower case, 1 number and one special character.
• The minimum requirement for your memorable answer is 10 characters and can’t have any spaces.
• Once this has been set up via our website you are then able to download the app on any Apple and Android devices
