How to make a payment
Direct Debit
Payments can be collected from your bank account between 1st and 28th monthly. Please complete and return a direct debit Mandate and return it to:

If you would like a direct debt mandate posting to you please call 0800 072 1100 between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (Wednesday from 09:30) or email us at mortgage.collections@saffronbs.co.uk

Online payments
To make online payments, please call 0800 072 1100 between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (Wednesday from 09:30) for our bank account details. Alternatively email your request to mortgage.collections@saffronbs.co.uk and we will post the details to you.
Debit Card payments
You can now make payments by debit card through our Automated Payment Line on 0330 124 9057.
Cheque Payments
Cheques should be made payable to Saffron Building Society and posted to Saffron House, 1A Market Street, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10 1HX.
Please quote your mortgage account number on all payments you make.
Payments must be received by close of business on your payment due date.
