Planned Maintenance

What’s happening

Our systems will be undergoing maintenance from 10:30am on Friday 15 May until around 8:30am on Monday 18 May.

How will this affect me?

During this maintenance period, the following services will be unavailable:

Online Banking Services and Mobile App:

You will not be able to access online banking or make withdrawals from your Saffron account. While electronic payments can still be sent to your Saffron account from another bank or building society, please note that these transactions will not be reflected in your account immediately and will be credited for the receiving date.

Branches and Contact Centre:

All branches and our contact centre will be closed during the maintenance.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you complete any necessary transactions before the maintenance begins on 15 May.

When will services resume?

We expect services will return to normal around 8:30am on Monday 18 May. Our branches and contact centre will be open as normal.
