All variable rate mortgages
Variable rate mortgages can change their mortgage interest rates at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of the mortgage.
The rate of interest paid on these mortgages can change according to market conditions and/or changes to the Bank of England Base Rate or lenders Standard Variable Rate.
Product Criteria
- Minimum age 21
- Interest only or repayment
- Maximum Term 40 Years
- Minimum loan size: £30,000.
- Maximum loan size: £3,000,000 up to 80% LTV or £1,000,000 above 80% LTV. Loans over this are priced on a bespoke basis and have restricted LTVs
