Open a 1 Year Members’ Month Bond during the Promotion Period to be automatically entered into the prize draw. Full Terms & Conditions

 

  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who are Saffron Building Society members. Employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion are excluded.

     

  2. Promotion Period: The Promotion is open between 09:00 BST on 1 September 2026 and 17:00 BST on 30 September 2026 inclusive.

 

  1. There are 400 individual complimentary standard adult admission tickets available in total. These will be awarded as 200 prizes, with each winner receiving two tickets: one for themselves and one for a guest.

 

  1. To Enter: Members must open a 1 Year Members’ Month Bond during the Promotion Period. Members who open this account during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Mini Members’ Month Bonds are excluded and will not qualify for entry. No separate entry form or claim is required.

 

  1. Winner Selection: Four prize draws will be run on 7, 14, 21 September 2026 and 1 October 2026. 50 winners will be selected at random in each draw from all valid automatic entries received up to the relevant draw cut-off, making 200 winners in total. The final draw will include all valid entries received by the end of the Promotion Period. Each winner will receive one prize, consisting of two complimentary standard adult admission tickets to an eligible English Heritage site. Only one prize may be won per person during the Promotion Period.

 

  1. Ticket Details and Conditions: Each prize consists of two complimentary standard adult admission tickets to an eligible English Heritage site: one for the winner and one for their guest. Tickets are valid for standard adult admission only and do not include travel, parking, guided tours, special events, food, drink, retail purchases or any other additional costs. Tickets are subject to site capacity, opening hours, booking availability, restricted dates and any sites or events excluded by English Heritage. All prizes must be redeemed by 31/10/2026.

     

 

  1. Further Ticket Details and Conditions: Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and have no cash value. Tickets must not be sold, traded, bartered or otherwise offered for resale, and cannot be used with any other offer, discount or promotion unless stated by English Heritage. Any changes or cancellations to bookings made using the tickets must be managed through the English Heritage website’s booking system and will be subject to English Heritage’s booking terms - https://www.english-heritage.org.uk/about/our-policies-and-reports/booking-terms-and-conditions

 

  1. No responsibility can be taken for entries, bookings or communications which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete, or which cannot be delivered or completed for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of opening an eligible account will not be accepted as proof that an entry is valid if the eligibility criteria or these Terms & Conditions have not been met.

     

  2. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Ticket, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

 

  1. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, site closure, Royal event, government direction or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

 

  1. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and, where applicable, fulfil the prize.   1. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

 

  1. By entering the Promotion or accepting or using a Ticket, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable English Heritage booking terms.

 

  1. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

 

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
