What is a web browser?
When you look at the internet on your computer, tablet or mobile phone, you use a program or app called a web browser.

What happens if I don't update my browser?
Saffron Building Society no longer supports unsecure web browsers. To be able to continue to connect to our websites you must update your browser. Once it has been updated you will be able to view and access your funds safely and it will also allow all functionality to work properly.

What do I do if my browser is out of date?
You must update your existing browser or install a new browser. It is sensible to take some time to do this, not when you have something important to do online.
