Our Members often tell us how important it is for them to make savings work as hard as possible. That’s why we offer a free Financial Wellbeing review over the phone or in branch to help you navigate your complete financial situation, not just the products you hold with us. Together, we can explore potential options to support your financial goals.

Can someone help me?

If you are needing help with your account due to something temporary you can request for someone to process a one-off withdrawal or add them as a third party for up to 12 months. If you add someone as a third party, they will be able to do withdraws on your behalf, after the 12 months the third party will cease, and they will no longer be able to transact on your account. Click here for our third party application form.

If you feel you may need support for longer than 12 months you may want to see about getting a Lasting Power of Attorney. We can put you in touch with our third-party provider Wren Sterling who can look at processing this for you in one of our branches or over the phone. If you have a lasting power of attorney, you’ll need to register it with us before the attorneys can act on behalf the account holder.
