To change the nominated bank account linked to your online account please contact us.

On maturity of a fixed term product, your account will automatically switch to a variable rate maturity easy access account, unless you instruct us otherwise.
On maturity of a fixed term ISA, your account will automatically switch to a variable rate maturity cash ISA account, unless you instruct us otherwise.
For Members who use our mobile app, you can set up your maturity instructions 14 days before the maturity date of your existing product. This can be done through the ‘maturity manager’ option on our App.
For Members who use our online portal, you can set up your maturity instructions 14 days before the maturity date of your existing product by pressing on the ‘View Account’ button next to the relevant account. Then select ‘Set Maturity Instruction’ on our online portal.
