Enhancing your online security
You will have recently received our communication about strengthening the password requirements for your online account(s). When you next log in to your account, you will be asked to change your password if it does not meet the new requirements.
If you have not logged into your account since 2013
You will first need to reset the security of your account. Please click here to reset your security. If you do not have all the details required please call us on 0800 072 1100, our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, except Wednesdays 9.30am to 5.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am to 1.00pm.
We may monitor and record phone calls to ensure we have carried out your instructions correctly, to help us improve our service, to enable us to resolve complaints, and to help investigate or prevent fraud or other crimes. Any recordings we make are the property of Saffron Building Society.
As a mutual society, our members are at the heart of everything we do. While we want to provide the best service possible, we recognise that sometimes things can go wrong. When they do, we want to know so that we can help sort them out as quickly as possible.
