Overview of the Role

We are recruiting for a temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Society Secretary with third part supplier documentation and oversight.

This role is purely administrative working through a number of contracts and documents to create an accurate list of all the Societies third party suppliers. 

Our successful candidate will be expected to proactively contact internal stakeholders and third parties as part of this project to gather information and confirm validity. Exceptional communication, administrative and organisational skills are essential.

In return, we can offer you a salary of £12 per hour along with our competitive rewards and benefits package. 

This is a temporary role, working 35 hours per week and expected to last around 3 months. We operate a flexible working approach and open to hours/days.
