Overview of the Role

We are excited to welcome a new Project Manager into our Change team. Our new Project Manager will be managing a number of cultural and organisational change projects and will be instrumental in transforming our culture through multi-disciplinary projects within agreed time and budget boundaries.The successful role holder will be engaging with the wider business and key stakeholders, therefore exceptional communication and negotiation skills are required. Our Project Manager will form part of the “Go To” Team for support with Business challenge and opportunity; delivering value to the wider business through Project and Change delivery in a proactive, forward-focused and solution orientated way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading on a number of cultural and organisational change projects as directed by the Head of Change
  • Working with the Head of Change and key stakeholders to deliver key programmes; assess existing initiatives and identify new requirements, prioritising these in line with level of risk and budgetary requirements.
  • Refining project proposals, business case developments to drive out value proposition and benefits realisation. 
  • Maintaining project plans in Microsoft Project; updating and tracking progress against the baseline and manage the timely delivery of the projects.
  • Managing expectations for the delivery of the project and escalating issues on deadlines as early as possible senior management to enable appropriate corrective action to be taken.
  • Facilitating the management of the portfolio of change projects. This includes identifying dependencies between projects, particularly in respect of resources, and the reporting of programme level issues and risks.
  • Where necessary, liaising with third party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of external products
