PO263 - Assistant Cluster Manager

Purpose of the role:

We are recruiting an Assistant Cluster Manager. You will be assisting the Cluster Manager in leading and developing the team, growing performance to ensure customer service standards are delivered whilst creating a well-managed risk, compliance and health and safety aware working environment.

Providing support to team in undertaking end to end Member transactions and administration that results in service that stands out for all Members.

The day to day role:

  • Management of weekly cash order levels for branch
  • Deputy for Absence Management System approvals within branch
  • Deputy to Facilities for premises maintenance and management
  • Control of branch charity fund
  • Customer Complaints Champion
  • Customer Journey & Experience
  • Vulnerable Customers Champion
  • Cheque Signatory
  • Bank Wizard Absolute Approvers
  • Deputy for branch Quality Assurance/Training & Competency checks
  • Support Cluster Manager with colleague resourcing, training, development, and productivity

To be successful you will have knowledge of:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft software 
  • Financial products and services
