Service Desk Analyst

Here at Saffron Building Society we’re looking for an experienced Service Desk Assistant to join our forward thinking IT team reporting directly into our Head of Service Delivery.

We’re looking for a methodical and systematic Service Desk Assistant (known internally as Service Desk Analyst), that is able to prioritise effectively and respond to queries in a professional and timely manner. Our IT team are a welcoming and supportive team of subject matter experts who work closely with the rest of the Society in a collaborative working environment.

In the past 4 years, 5 of our Service Desk Analysts have been promoted internally leaving opportunities for new SDA’s to join and develop. Our first line Service Desk Analyst will be expected to support, administrate and configure all applications and operating system software, hardware and telecoms equipment to ensure availability and reliability of IT systems and communications within agreed business plans. This role will suit a hardworking and technical individual who is keen to develop professionally.
