Direct Sales Team Leader

Here at Saffron Building Society, we’re delighted to announce a newly created role within our Direct Mortgage Sales team! We’re looking for an influential Sales Team Leader to motivate, inspire, and lead our small team of Mortgage Advisers and MSO’s to success.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven and dynamic leader, to fully utilise their relationship building and people skills in a customer focused and collaborative working environment.

We’re keen to attract an enthusiastic sales professional with a proven track record of working in a high performing culture, while over achieving goals and objectives. Within this brand new role, you will be expected to maximise all sales opportunities to ensure the lending targets are met while enhancing the overall performance of an already established team. This unique opportunity will allow you to truly make a difference to the team and overall Society.

Within Saffron Building Society, providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do, therefore, a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for the customer journey would be a true asset.

In return, we can offer you a basic salary of £35,000 along with our highly competitive rewards and benefits package.

This role is a 1 year FTC; hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday totalling 35 hours per week.
