Head of Marketing and Innovation

We have created an exciting and innovative new role to lead and inspire our Marketing team, reporting directly into our Chief Commercial Officer. Our new Head of Marketing and Innovation will be a highly organised and strong people manager with the ability to build key stakeholder relationships quickly and effortlessly.

We are looking for someone to lead the Marketing and Innovations function by providing operational leadership and delivery; building brand equity, promoting products and services and optimizing lead generation. The successful individual will be responsible in supporting the Society’s ambitious strategic agenda across product, proposition and communications.

This is a permanent role; ideal hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday totalling 35 hours per week. However, as we operate as an inclusive Society, flexibility around working days and times will be considered.
