Executive Assistant to the CEO and Executive Team

We’re recruiting for an exciting and integral role to support our CEO and Executive team. Our new Executive Assistant will be a highly organised, professional and personable individual with the ability to build relationships quickly and effortlessly.

The successful individual will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of the Executive team and CEO through exceptional organisation, co-ordination and communication. This role will act as a first line support; therefore operating with discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times is of paramount importance.

We encourage applications from skilled PA/EA’s with solid experience in managing complex diaries, arranging business events and travel; reconciliation of monthly expenses and dealing with relevant Executive correspondence, amongst other key responsibilities and duties.

This is a permanent role; ideal hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday totalling 35 hours per week. However, we’re happy to consider candidates who would like flexibility around working hours and days.
