Application Support Analyst

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail orientated individual with excellent communication skills; a key part of this role will be dealing with our 165 internal users and key stakeholders across the Society for all Application support.

Our Application Support Analyst will play an integral part in the Application Management process and support with managing Applications through their lifecycle. This role is key in supporting with all the Administration that sits behind the designing, testing, operating and improving of IT services.

Our ideal candidate would have previous experience within Financial Services in an operational or support role along with a working knowledge of DPR*, but above all, a keen passion to develop a career within IT.

This is a permanent role; ideal hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday totalling 35 hours per week. Flexibility is required during key projects or releases.

In return we can offer you salary up to £25,000 (depending on experience) along with our exceptional rewards and benefits package.
