Here at Saffron Building Society we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our highly motivated and dynamic Direct Mortgages team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hardworking individual to utilise their skills in a forward thinking and collaborative working environment.
We’re looking for a confident and influential Business Development Manager with exceptional people skills to help maximise the Society’s mortgage business objectives through the proactive development and management of broker and other intermediary contacts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the Society’s profile across the intermediary market, develop and negotiate products with key brokers and work closely with our internal product management team supporting the development of new mortgage products.
Our proactive Business Development Manager must have a proven track record of building successful relationships over the phone along with a desire to develop professionally.
Within this role you’re truly able to make a difference to the Direct Mortgage team and wider Society.

This is a permanent role; hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday totalling 35 hours per week.
