Here at Saffron Building Society we are recruiting for an enthusiastic Customer Consultant to work for us on a full time basis from our friendly and welcoming Royston Branch.
We’re looking for a confident individual with excellent communication and people skills along with a patient and positive attitude. Our Customer Consultant needs to be methodical with excellent attention to detail coupled with the determination to fully contribute to the success of our busy and friendly branches.
The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of working in a customer facing role and give our customers a positive experience every time they visit us. In this role you will demonstrate you are dedicated to meeting the aims of the organisation, relish working in a customer focussed environment and be competent in undertaking face to face customer reviews.

In return we can offer you a starting salary of £18,000. We offer this competitive salary along with our exceptional rewards and benefits package.
This is a permanent contract; hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday totalling 35 hours per week. You will also be required to work two Saturdays per month on a rota basis (9am -12pm) for which we pay an additional £45 per Saturday worked.
