Service Desk Analyst
Here at Saffron Building Society we’re looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our forward thinking IT team reporting directly into our Head of Service Delivery.
We’re looking for a methodical and systematic Service Desk Analyst who is able to prioritise effectively and respond to queries in a professional and timely manner. Our IT Professionals are a welcoming and supportive team who work closely with the rest of the Society in a collaborative working environment.
Our first line Service Desk Analyst will be expected to support, administrate and configure all applications and operating system software, hardware and telecoms equipment to ensure availability and reliability of IT systems and communications within agreed business plans. This role will suit a hardworking and technical individual who is keen to develop professionally.
Within this role you’re truly able to make a difference to the IT team and wider Society.
