Our Apprentice Scheme
Saffron is proud to support 16-24 year olds from the local community in its apprentice scheme, which is part of the Government's national apprenticeships programme.
Young people who have chosen not to follow a degree route are encouraged to apply for positions which are for an initial period of 1 year. The Society will provide the apprentice with essential training and development whilst in the role, arming them with the skills needed to develop a career in the financial services sector.
