Our Apprentice Scheme
Saffron is proud to support 16-24 year olds from the local community in its apprentice scheme, which is part of the Government's national apprenticeships programme.
Young people who have chosen not to follow a degree route are encouraged to apply for positions which are for an initial period of 1 year. The Society will provide the apprentice with essential training and development whilst in the role, arming them with the skills needed to develop a career in the financial services sector.
Potential apprentices can apply for a position on the scheme by contacting Human Resources, at Saffron Building Society. More information on the national apprenticeship scheme can be found here: www.apprenticeships.org.uk.
