Tax Efficient savings
Saving for the future is important and there's nothing better than getting a top rate of interest and not giving the taxman a slice.
Why not make the most of it?
Originally ISAs were introduced by the Government to encourage more people to save for the future. To help with this, no tax is charged on the interest earned in an ISA, making them a very effective way to grow your money.
- ISAs are an ideal way to save for the future in a tax efficient way
- You can transfer previous and current tax years' subscriptions from other managers to us. Simply complete the transfer section of the application form and we'll do the rest
- You may transfer your current tax years' subscription in whole and previous tax years' investments in whole or in part to another ISA manager, at any time, by giving us notice in writing. On receipt of your instructions we will transfer your ISA, or part of your ISA to the ISA manager you specify, subject to any notice period
- From 6 April 2008 you can save up to £3,600 per tax year in a Cash ISA
- Please note once the subscription limit has been reached in any one year, no further deposits can be made, regardless of the amount of withdrawals
- If a current year's subscription for a Cash ISA is transferred to a Stocks and Shares ISA, you are entitled to subscribe to another Cash ISA once the transfer is complete. Subject to the overall subscription limits
