- Complete Direct Debit mandate form. Download the mandate form here.
- Send it to us at: Saffron Direct, Saffron House, 1A Market Street, Saffron Walden, Essex CB10 1HX. Or phone us on 0800 072 1100 once you have your account details and we'll take the details over the phone.
- Our Contact Centre is open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 1pm on Saturday.
- The first Direct Debit typically takes 17 working days to process
- An initial payment of £0 may show on your bank statement. Don't worry about this, it is just part of the administration process
- We'll send you a letter confirming the Direct Debit has been set up
- How to action a Direct Debit once it has been set up
- Phone Saffron Direct on 0800 072 1100, with your e-saver account number to hand
- Our Contact Centre is open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 1pm on Saturday.
- We'll need to confirm your identification through a series of security questions
- Once that is confirmed we'll ask you:
1) the amount you wish to transfer,
2) the name of the bank you wish to transfer funds from (this must have a Direct Debit activated)
3) the date you wish funds to be transferred across (this must be a minimum of 3 working days in advance) - We'll confirm all the details above
- The transfer takes place and withdrawals will be sent to the nominated account
