  • Complete Direct Debit mandate form. Download the mandate form here.

  • Our Contact Centre is open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 1pm on Saturday.
  • The first Direct Debit typically takes 17 working days to process
  • An initial payment of £0 may show on your bank statement. Don't worry about this, it is just part of the administration process
  • We'll send you a letter confirming the Direct Debit has been set up
  • How to action a Direct Debit once it has been set up
  • Phone Saffron Direct on 0800 072 1100, with account number to hand
  • Our Contact Centre is open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 1pm on Saturday.
  • We'll need to confirm your identification through a series of security questions
  • Once that is confirmed we'll ask you:
    1) the amount you wish to transfer,
    2) the name of the bank you wish to transfer funds from (this must have a Direct Debit activated)
    3) the date you wish funds to be transferred across (this must be a minimum of 3 working days in advance)
  • We'll confirm all the details above
  • The transfer takes place and withdrawals will be sent to the nominated account
