3.29% tracking the Bank of England base rate* which is currently 0.5% plus 2.79% for three years, then changing to our standard variable rate which is currently 5.39% and remaining on the standard variable rate terms for the life of the loan

How much would this mortgage cost you ?
Capital repayments up to 10% of the balance outstanding at the time of this switch are allowed per year during the early repayment charge period for this product without incurring a charge. They must be for a minimum of £500 in addition to the normal monthly repayment. If the capital repayment is more than 10% of the balance outstanding at the time of this switch then the early repayment charge will be applied to the capital repayment (partial redemption).
