5.69% fixed until 30/06/2015. After 30/06/2015 this mortgage moves to Saffron Building Society's Standard Variable Rate available at that time and remains on this rate for the remainder of the mortgage. Our current Standard Variable Rate is 5.39%.

At any time during the life of the mortgage, the applied rate will not go below a floor of 3.00%.

Capital repayments up to 10% of the original amount borrowed or 10% of the balance outstanding at the time of the switch are allowed per year during the early repayment charge period for this product without incurring a charge. They must be for a minimum of £500 in addition to the normal monthly repayment. If the capital repayment is more than 10% of the original amount borrowed or the balance outstanding at the time of the switch then the early repayment charge will be applied to the capital repayment (partial redemption).

Following the early repayment charge period, capital repayments are unrestricted provided they are £500 or more above the normal monthly repayment.
