Members' Conference

Members share their thoughts at the May 2008 Conference'
Our Members' Conference (now in its third year) is an annual, all-day event held by the Society in which we seek the views and experiences of our members.
The Conference is often eye-opening and gives us a powerful insight in to our members' needs. We use the findings from the Conference to steer our future focuses and maintain the levels of customer satisfaction that we feel our members deserve.
As well as being extremely valuable to the Society, we like to think that our attending members enjoy the event!
