Royston money clinic to help manage finances

Help is at hand for people in Royston seeking advice on how to manage their money, thanks to the Saffron Building Society.

The Society is holding a special Money Clinic to provide people with the information they need to help them manage their money effectively.

The Society's team will be able to advise on all aspects of savings and mortgages and will include a financial adviser who can assist with all other financial queries.

Andy Golding, the Society's chief executive commented: "It is important that people review their financial circumstances regularly to make sure that their money is working hard for them. As a leading financial institution in the heart of the region's community, we felt it appropriate to organise this Money Clinic to ensure that people have access to high-quality financial advice".

"A lot of people can find money matters quite daunting, and we have deliberately kept our approach very informal, so people can just drop in at the money clinic and have a chat about their finances over a cup of coffee. We hope that people find this service useful and expect the clinic to attract a lot of interest."

The Money Clinic will take place at the Royston Branch of the Building Society at 22 Market Hill on Saturday 15 March between 9am and 1.00pm. Admission is free and advice is available on a walk-in basis.
