Broker registration

Registration is a very simple process and only needs to be completed when submitting your first mortgage application. To complete the registration you will need to download our Panel Appointment form. We will require your current FSA registration number or details of your principle if you are an appointed representative. Checks will be made for all applications with the FSA register to confirm authorisation.

When registration is approved you will be contacted by post advising of your unique panel number. This number is to be noted on all additional applications.

Procuration fee

The Saffron Building Society will pay a procuration fee on all completed introduced mortgage application. Full payment details can be found in our terms and conditions.

Standard procuration fee is 0.35% (maximum of £1,000)
