Broker registration
We no longer require any new introducers to complete a Panel Appointment form when submitting your first mortgage application. We will simply use the FSA details provided on the application form to check the FSA register to confirm you have the required permissions.
Procuration fee
The Saffron Building Society will pay a procuration fee on all completed introduced mortgage application. Full payment details can be found in our terms and conditions.
Standard procuration fee is 0.35% (maximum of £1,000)
