Making an application

Once the application form has been fully completed and signed it should be sent together with any other supporting documentation to:

Supporting documentation

Our basic packaging requirments are:

• Certified name and address identification e.g. full UK passport or full UK driving licence
• Employed: Last P60 and latest payslip
• Self employed: Last 3 years accounts or self assessment tax returns
• Last months bank statement - 3 months for FTB or shared ownership cases
• Application Fee and Valuation Fee as applicable

Please note that if cases are not packaged correctly, we may return these to you without actioning.

Individual cases may require further supporting documentation and we will contact you upon receipt to confirm any additional items that we need.
