Making an application
Once the application form has been fully completed and signed it should be sent together with any other supporting documentation to:

Supporting documentation
Our basic packaging requirements are:
- Latest P60 and last 3 payslips (if self-employed: 3 years Accounts or 3 years Tax Assessments)
- Signed Direct Debit Mandate
- 3 Months personal bank statements
- Completed Affordability Form (in all cases)
- New Build property declaration (if applicable)
- Valuation fee (including application fee)
Please note that if cases are not packaged correctly, we may return these to you without actioning.
Individual cases may require further supporting documentation and we will contact you upon receipt to confirm any additional items that we need.
