About
Jon has over twenty years of professional accounting experience having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK, and also working in Bermuda with PwC. He has fifteen years’ experience in financial services which includes senior management positions in Norwich Union and Group Financial Controller for Central Trust PLC.
Jon joined the Society in August 2004 as Finance Director. Jon was appointed to the board of Safe Home Income Plans (SHIP) in 2008. In his time as Finance Director he has also had a hand in New Product Development including, in partnership with international media firms, a goal planning and saving website that has been recognised as one of the most innovative recent products in UK retail banking.
Outside of work Jon is a keen Triathlete, completing the London Triathlon 2010. When not training on the open road (or in the open water!) Jon enjoys holidaying in Florida, listening to music and spending time with his wife and daughter.
