Everyone in the organisation is actively encouraged to take part in a wide range of projects from helping to set up the Intranet to the redesign of our branches and planning the annual Staff Conference. We use our own staff extensively in advertising and on promotional material.

The core values of the organisation and it's 'community' feel are something to be proud of. Our staff have forged active links with the local communities and undertake charitable activities. We have been staunch supporters of Children in Need, Comic Relief and Macmillan coffee mornings across all our locations but we also provide matched funding for any individual fund raising initiatives that staff wish to undertake.
