Customer Service Assistant - Saffron Walden
We have been serving the local community for 160 years with the needs of our members at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to provide further support in our busy branch in Saffron Walden.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer facing environment who is determined and willing to fully contribute to the success of the branch and achievement of sales. You must be at ease communicating with a wide range of people, have excellent keyboard and numerical skills and show us you have real motivation and a desire to deliver results.

The salary range is £12000 to £13500 for a 35 hour working week in addition to approximately £1000 per annum for Saturday morning working which is on a rota basis. We have a range of benefits and a bonus scheme linked to achievement of targets.
